Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns:

a. We gladly accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

b. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

c. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

2. Refunds:

a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

b. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

c. Please allow 3 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Exchanges:

a. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply place a new order.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items:

b. We will arrange for the return shipping and provide you with a replacement or a refund.
